What about license plate recognition?
Plate reading is a separate solution with its own governance. This page is about incidents and flow, not identifying vehicles or people.
Where does it run?
On your own equipment. For live analysis across a corridor most agencies run it on premises or at the edge, with cloud as an option where policy allows.
Will this integrate with our advanced traffic management system (ATMS) and dispatch workflow?
Detected events arrive in your traffic management and dispatch systems as structured messages through integrations we configure for your deployment. If a system takes an API, we can feed it.
Can it really detect dumping reliably outdoors?
Outdoor sites are messy, which is why every camera is tuned to its own view against a recording of what normal looks like there, and why uncertain flags get an AI review before anyone is interrupted. Setup includes proving it on your own footage, and the first month runs quietly.
How does this reach our work-order system?
Through integrations we configure against the work order or 311 system your department already uses. Events arrive with what happened, where, when and a link to the footage, ready to dispatch a crew or open a case.
We have cameras at some sites but nobody watches them. Is that enough?
That is exactly the situation this is for. The software watches the existing cameras continuously, and nobody on your team has to look at anything until an event pages them with the footage attached.
What about flooding or waste overflow?
Both are real needs and both need a detector built for the specific site. We build those per project, prove them on footage from your locations, and tell you plainly what they can and cannot do. We do not sell them as off the shelf features.
Where does it run?
On servers the city controls. Operations can share the platform and cameras public safety already runs, under its own access rules and its own budget line.
What is a video training platform?
An enterprise video platform built for learning: secure hosting for course video, in-video quizzes and learning plans, automated certification, and analytics that prove completion per learner.
Does it integrate with our LMS?
Yes. SCORM 1.2 and 2004 and LTI 1.3 with NRPS, AGS, and deep linking mean video training plugs into your existing LMS, no replacement project required. It also serves as LMS video hosting, keeping heavy video off the LMS itself.
How do we prove training happened?
Heat maps show rewatch and drop-off, analytics track completion, scores, and activity, and automated certification closes the loop, per learner, per course.
Can learners find answers inside videos?
AI search across spoken words, slides, and visuals takes learners to the exact second, and 82-language captions keep content accessible under Section 508, ADA, and WCAG 2.2.
What about live training at company scale?
Training events and webinars run at CDN scale, validated at 20,000 simultaneous participants, with recordings landing in the library automatically for anyone who missed it.
