Content sprawls because every business system keeps its own. Nexus connects to the ones you already run, so the library becomes one place to look rather than one more place to put things.
Meetings stop disappearing into the platform that recorded them. Recordings land in the library automatically, transcribed and searchable alongside everything else, under the retention policy you actually want applied to them.
- Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Recordings ingested automatically as meetings end.
- Searchable immediately. Transcribed on arrival, so a decision can be found by what was said.
- Retained on your terms. Meeting recordings follow your schedule, not the conferencing vendor's.
- Webex and GoTo Meeting. Available on request on the same connector architecture.

The document system keeps the documents. Nexus takes what it cannot handle. Most document management platforms treat video and audio as attachments. Connecting the two puts media under the same governance without migrating the documents.

Watch folders, bulk upload, API, and connectors to the systems your content already sits in — storage, conferencing, CMS, and line-of-business applications. Or a secure link for people outside the organization.
It gets understood
Transcription, translation, text recognition and content description run on ingest, so the meaning of a file is captured rather than just the file. Self-hosted by default, so nothing has to leave your boundary to be processed.
It becomes findable
One index across transcripts, extracted text, metadata and descriptions. Semantic and keyword search together, with results trimmed to what the person asking is permitted to see.
It stays governed
Retention and disposition run to policy. Legal hold freezes what a matter needs. Every access, download and change is recorded, and records that must not change can be held immutably.
It goes out safely
Streaming, in-browser viewing, department portals, embeds, and links that expire — with a record of who received what and what they did with it.

One index over documents, video, audio and images. Semantic search finds what someone meant, keyword search finds exactly what they typed, and results never show a person content they are not entitled to see.
AI that reads what it stores
A general content system holds a file. Nexus captures what is in it — the words spoken, the text on the page or screen, the things pictured — and makes all of it discoverable alongside your documents.
Governance built into the platform
Retention and disposition policies act on their own. Legal hold overrides them when a matter opens. Audit logging is tamper-evident, and records that must not change can be sealed against alteration.
Sharing you can account for
Share outside the organization without losing the thread: links that expire, per-recipient tracking, restriction by domain or location, and a record of every view and download.
Access control you already run
Single sign-on with your existing identity provider, automated joiner-mover-leaver provisioning, group synchronisation and role-based access. No second directory to maintain.
