HARDWARE AND INFRASTRUCTURE PARTNERS

You sold the compute. They still cannot use what it captured.

The archive nobody can search, and the disclosure nobody can make. Both are software line items, and both are probably missing from your deal. Run it in your cloud, behind your firewall, or inside the FedRAMP or StateRAMP boundary you already hold.

THE PATTERN

Five stages. Yours ends at three.

If you sell GPU infrastructure into government, public safety, health or education, you have watched this sequence more than once. The interesting part is where it breaks.

Stage 01

The agency funds a video AI programme. Body-worn, fixed camera, interview room, call recording. The volume is already there and growing.

Stage 02

You win the infrastructure. GPU, storage, networking, services. The purchase order clears and the racks go in.

Stage 03

Detection works. Faces, plates, objects, transcripts. The models do what the demo promised, and the pilot looks like a success.

Stage 04 — stop

Legal counsel asks what happens on release. A public-records request arrives, or discovery does. Nobody can redact at volume, nobody can prove chain of custody, and nobody will sign off on disclosing recordings they cannot audit. The programme pauses here, sometimes for a year.

Stage 05

Expansion budget goes elsewhere. Your follow-on refresh gets deferred with it, and the reference account you were counting on never becomes referenceable.

Stage four is a software problem with a compliance owner and a separate budget line. It is not a reason your hardware was wrong. It is a reason your deal was incomplete.

WHAT YOU ADD

Everything that happens to a recording after it exists.

Redact it, prove what was disclosed, ask questions of it, watch it live, and keep it findable. All five run on the GPU you are already quoting: on-premises, in government cloud, or fully air-gapped with no outbound connection.

RedactorThe one that unblocks stage four

Automated redaction of faces, licence plates, weapons and PII across video, audio, images and documents, with human review and a full audit record of every decision. Transcription in 82 languages with court-ready formatting.

DEMSDigital Evidence Management

Evidence lifecycle with court-admissible chain of custody, from ingest through disclosure. Answers who accessed what, when, and what was released to whom.

AI Intelligence Hub

Agentic AI across video, audio, documents and enterprise data. Investigators and analysts ask in plain English and get cited, auditable answers rather than a search results page.

AI Live Insight

Real-time analytics on the cameras already installed. Detects people, objects and situations across streams with alerting, with no new hardware and no VMS replacement.

EnterpriseTube

Enterprise video hosting with AI transcription and search. The lighter attach for training, comms and knowledge accounts where compliance is not the driver.

THE FULL SHAPE

Every hour they record is an asset and a liability.

This is the part most vendors sell half of. The recording contains something worth knowing, and it carries an obligation the moment it exists. Sell one side and you have a feature. Sell both and you have a platform your customer cannot easily replace.

The asset side

There is something in there worth knowing.

Nobody watches an archive. The value sits unrecovered until something can read it at volume, across every system it is scattered over, and answer a question about it.

Intelligence HubAsk one question in plain English and reach across video, audio, documents and 100 connected source systems: records management, VMS, storage, EHR, CRM, conferencing. Cited, auditable answers instead of a results page.
Live InsightDetect people, objects and situations as they happen, on the cameras already installed.
EnterpriseTubeHost it so it can be found again: transcribed, indexed and searchable rather than filed and forgotten.
The liability side

The same recording is now an obligation.

The moment it exists, someone can compel its production. What cannot be released has to come out, and what was released has to be provable.

RedactorRemove faces, plates, weapons and PII across video, audio, images and documents, with human review and an audit record of every decision.
DEMSHold court-admissible chain of custody, and prove what was disclosed, to whom, and when.

Why this matters to you rather than to us. A customer who buys only the asset side accumulates exposure faster than they can manage it: more indexed content means more that is findable in discovery. A customer who buys only the liability side is paying to govern material they never actually use.

Which means you can land on either side and expand into the other, inside the same account, on the same infrastructure. That is a second and third deal rather than a single line item, and it is the reason this belongs in a portfolio instead of on a price list.

WHERE IT SELLS

The compelling event is always an obligation.

Nobody funds software like this because it is interesting. They buy it because a regulator, a statute or a court date says the recording has to be produced, and produced correctly. That obligation is what turns this into a funded line item, and it exists in far more of your accounts than you would guess.

AND THE HORIZONTAL ONES

Four use cases that do not care what business you are in.

Internal and HR investigations

Interview recordings reviewed and redacted before they go to counsel, works council or a tribunal. Every large employer has this and almost none has a tool for it.

Safety and EHS incident review

Find the thirty seconds that matter in a shift of footage, and produce it for an insurer or inspector without exposing every worker on the floor.

Contact centre quality

Recorded interactions searched by what was said rather than sampled at random, with customer PII removed before recordings are used for coaching.

Training and knowledge

The lighter attach. Enterprise video with transcription and search, for accounts where compliance is not yet the driver but volume already is.

FIVE WAYS TO PARTNER

Start from how you already sell.

01 Resell — quote it as a line item

Add VIDIZMO to the same proposal as the infrastructure. Deal registration protects the opportunity you sourced. Suits solution providers and system builders selling into named accounts.

02 Bundle — pre-configure and ship

Ship a validated appliance or reference configuration with the software already sized to the GPU. Suits builders who sell a system rather than a parts list.

03 Distribute — carry it on your line card

Aggregate for the resellers in your base. VIDIZMO is already distributed through TD SYNNEX and Carahsoft, so the commercial mechanics are proven rather than theoretical.

04 Embed — build services around it

Deliver compliance as a workstream inside a programme you are prime on. Suits integrators and consultancies who would rather configure than build from scratch.

05 OEM — ship it under your name

Embed the engine in your own product or managed service, branded as yours. Suits platform vendors, MSPs and GovCon primes who sell an outcome rather than a component.

YOUR BOUNDARY

Inside the authorization you have already paid for.

Most software partnerships ask you to send your customer's data somewhere new. This one does the opposite: the software comes to your environment, under your controls, inside the boundary you already had assessed.

Any cloudYours, theirs, or ours

AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, or a sovereign or regional provider, including the GovCloud and sovereign regions of each. If you resell cloud, it runs in your tenancy and on your bill.

Behind your firewallPartner-hosted

In your own data centre or private cloud, as a service you operate for your customers. You hold the infrastructure, the relationship and the recurring revenue.

Inside your authorized boundaryFedRAMP - StateRAMP - IL4/IL5

Deployed as a component within an environment you have already had authorized, rather than requiring its own separate assessment. Where a boundary change is needed, we support the documentation your assessor asks for.

On the customer's premisesOn-prem

In their data centre, on the infrastructure you supplied and installed. No dependency on an external service for inference or storage.

Fully air-gappedNo egress

No outbound connection of any kind, including for model updates and licensing. This is the configuration that wins classified, criminal-justice and defence work.

Frameworks partners bring it into

These are the regimes our partners operate under and deploy inside. The controls are inherited from your environment; the software is architected not to break them.

Said plainly: a deployment inside your boundary inherits your authorization. It does not transfer ours, and we will not describe it as though it does. If you need our own certifications and audit reports for your assessor, ask on the first call and we will tell you exactly what we hold and what we do not.

BOTH DIRECTIONS

You go in our directory. We go in your portfolio.

A partner listing that only points one way is marketing. This one points both ways, and the second direction is the one that generates leads for you.

You, in the VIDIZMO partner directory

Your name, logo, capabilities and coverage on a page our buyers reach when they ask who can deploy this near them. Agencies looking for a local integrator with a security clearance and a contract vehicle land on that page.

VIDIZMO, in your portfolio

Datasheets, battlecards, demo environment, and a named contact for your sellers. Your solutions page gains a compliance answer for every video AI conversation you are already having.

THE COMMERCIAL SHAPE

One proposal, two vendors, no second procurement cycle.

The reason this attaches cleanly is that it does not need its own buying process. It rides the infrastructure order you are already writing, and it attaches on both sides, making the captured archive usable as well as releasable.

Illustrative configuration, public safety video AI. Sizing, product mix and commercial terms are set per opportunity; this shows the shape of the bundle, not a price list.

Deal registration, and what it is not. Register an opportunity before it reaches procurement and it is protected for an agreed period, renewable while the pursuit is genuinely active. We will tell you if we think a deal has gone cold rather than quietly reassigning it. What registration is not is exclusivity. We do not offer territory or vertical protection, and you should be sceptical of any vendor who does, but a registered opportunity is yours.

HOW IT WORKS

Five steps, and none of them is a portal.

  1. Tell us what you sell and where

Accounts, verticals, contract vehicles, and whether you lead with infrastructure or with services. Fifteen minutes, no form gate.

  2. We map your base against the five products

Which of your accounts have a disclosure problem, which product fits, and which motion matches how you already transact.

  3. Enablement for the people who will sell it

One session for sellers on qualifying questions, one for engineers on sizing and deployment. Recorded, so new hires do not need us again.

  4. Both listings go live

You appear in the partner directory. We appear in your portfolio, with the assets to support it.

  5. First joint pursuit

We pick one account together, register it, and work it end to end. A partnership is real when it has closed something, not when it has a press release.

ASKED ON MOST FIRST CALLS

The questions that decide it.

Do you compete with the video analytics vendors already on my line card?

No, and this is the most common misread. Analytics and video management platforms detect and store. VIDIZMO handles what the organisation legally owes on that material afterward: redaction before release, chain of custody, and a defensible disclosure record. We sit downstream of those products, which means we make them easier to deploy rather than harder to justify.

Some of my VMS vendors already claim redaction. What is different?

Those are usually manual, per-clip blur tools built for an occasional request. What agencies hit at stage four is volume: hundreds of hours, mixed media, statutory deadlines, and an auditable record of every redaction decision. Batch, multi-modal and audited is a different product category with a different buyer inside the agency, usually legal, records or compliance rather than security operations.

Can this run without any internet connection?

Yes. On-premises, government cloud, and fully air-gapped deployments with no outbound dependency. That is a large part of why this pairs with hardware rather than competing with a SaaS product: the customers who most need it are the ones a cloud-only vendor cannot serve.

What does the software do to my GPU sizing?

It adds inference load, which in practice means the configuration you were quoting gets larger rather than smaller. Our engineers will size it with yours against the customer's actual media volume before you put a number on paper.

Can we run it inside our own FedRAMP or StateRAMP boundary?

Yes, and that is the deployment we would steer you toward if you hold one. The software runs as a component inside your authorized environment and inherits your controls, which means your customer does not wait on a separate authorization to get the capability. What we will not do is imply your boundary confers a certification on us, or that ours confers one on you. If your assessor needs artefacts from us, ask early and we will tell you precisely what exists.

We are CJIS-bound. Does that work?

Criminal-justice work is a core market, and the air-gapped and on-premises configurations exist largely because of it. The practical answer depends on your state's CJIS agreement and your own audit posture, so it is a conversation with your security lead rather than a yes or no on a web page, but the architecture is built for it.

Can we sell it as our own product?

Yes, under an OEM arrangement. The engine ships inside your product or managed service under your brand, and your customer buys your offering rather than two vendors. This suits platform companies, MSPs and primes who sell an outcome; it carries different commercial terms from reselling, so it is scoped deal by deal.

Who owns the customer relationship?

You do, on deals you source and transact. Registration exists to make that explicit rather than assumed. Where we bring the account, we will say so up front.

START THE CONVERSATION

Send three things. We will come back with a map of your base.

No portal, no partner application form, no tiering questionnaire before anyone has spoken. Three inputs and a calendar link.

One

What you sell, and into which verticals and regions.

Two

The contract vehicles you hold, if any.

Three

One account where a video or records programme has stalled.
