TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS
Solve more of the problem, together
Public safety, courts, healthcare and financial services run VIDIZMO for evidence, records and content. An integration makes your product part of that workflow instead of a manual step beside it.
WHAT WE CONNECT TO TODAY
You would be in good company

WHY IT MATTERS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS
What changes once the two systems talk
The integration is not the point. What it removes from a customer's day is.
The manual export stops
Material moves on a schedule or on an event, with its metadata intact, instead of someone downloading from one system and uploading to the other.
Your data becomes answerable
Once content is indexed it can be asked questions, with answers cited back to source. Your system stops being somewhere people search and becomes something they can ask.
Your access rules still decide
A live query runs on behalf of the person asking, so your permissions decide what comes back. Connecting does not widen access to anything, which is the first question your customer's security team will ask.
It works where your customers actually are
SaaS, private cloud, on-premises and air-gapped. Public sector buyers who cannot accept a cloud-only integration can accept this one.
BEYOND THE INTEGRATION
Sell it through a channel that already exists
An integration is a product feature. What usually follows it is the harder part, and this is where a technology partnership is worth more than the connector itself.
A reseller network already selling to your buyers
A multi-tier program of resellers, distributors and aggregators, appointed under formal agreements and already selling into government, enterprise and international markets. Your integrated product reaches their customer base, not just ours.
Public sector procurement you may not hold
VIDIZMO holds direct awards including TXShare and 791Coop, and is reachable federally through aggregators such as Carahsoft, TD SYNNEX, CDW-G and Insight on GSA, SEWP, NASPO ValuePoint and OMNIA. Your product reaches these as part of a VIDIZMO order. We cannot place it on a vehicle ourselves, but we introduce you to the aggregator who holds one.
Integrators who deploy it
System integrators and consulting firms qualified to install, configure and run professional services. A joint deployment does not depend on either of us staffing it.
Co-sell, not just co-exist
Joint go-to-market across verticals and geographies, with deal registration so a jointly sourced opportunity is protected rather than contested.
FOUR WAYS IN
You may already be reachable
Most of what looks like integration work turns out to be configuration. Before anything gets built, it is worth checking which of these you already have.
Publish an MCP server and you are already integrated
If your product exposes a Model Context Protocol server, a customer connects it with configuration alone. No engineering on our side, no queue, no release to wait for. Streamable HTTP, Server-Sent Events and WebSocket are all carried, and your tool list is read live at connection.
A documented REST API is enough
The HTTP request node calls any endpoint you document, with the method, headers and body the customer specifies. An integration becomes something they draw on a canvas rather than something either of us has to build.
Webhooks, both directions
Your system calls a workflow when something happens, and a workflow calls yours. That is what turns two systems into one process instead of two places to check.
Or ship as an app
Apps are enabled per portal and configured in settings, so a customer adds yours without a deployment or a maintenance window.
HOW IT WORKS
We build it, test it and maintain it
There is no developer portal to learn and no certification to pay for. You supply the product knowledge, we supply the engineering.
1. Tell us the use cases
What a shared customer is trying to do, and what they do by hand today. Use cases decide the shape of the integration, so this is the step that matters most.
2. Share the API
Documentation, authentication model and a sandbox or test credentials. If you publish an OpenAPI specification, that alone is usually enough to start.
3. We host a test environment
A VIDIZMO instance stood up for the work, so nothing is developed against your production system or a customer's.
4. We build the connector
Our engineers write it and maintain it through subsequent releases, so an API change on your side does not become a support ticket for your team.
5. We test it together
Against the use cases from step one, with your team confirming the behaviour is what a customer would expect.
6. Security validation, then publish
Authentication, egress and data handling are reviewed before anything ships. Then it goes into the catalog with your name, your logo and its own page.
THE TRADE, IN FULL
The trade, in full
A partnership is worth the effort only if the terms are legible before you start. Here they are.
What you provide
- Use cases and the outcome you want
- API documentation and your authentication model
- Test credentials or a sandbox
- A technical contact for joint testing
- Your name and logo for the listing
What we provide
- We build the connector, at no cost to you
- We maintain it through our own releases
- A catalog listing with your logo, its own page, and the products it works with
- A partner tier and badge
- Joint go-to-market: launch announcement, joint content, event presence
- Introductions to our resellers, distributors and aggregators
What we do not
- No revenue share or referral fee
- No exclusivity or category protection
- No committed response or build window
- No commitment to track breaking changes in your API
- We cannot place your product on a contract vehicle, only introduce you to the aggregator who holds one
Naming the limits is deliberate. Everything in the first two columns is something we already do.
NEXT STEP
Start the conversation
Apply to integrate
Tell us what your product does
Send the use cases and a link to your API documentation. If you already publish an MCP server, say so, because that path is usually immediate.
