Digital Evidence Management (DEMS) records a chain of custody for every action on an item and verifies integrity with a SHA-384 hash, issued as a digitally signed integrity certificate that travels with the evidence. Multi-camera footage is reviewed in a synchronized mosaic view, and recordings are transcribed in 82 benchmarked languages with editable, searchable transcripts. EnterpriseTube supports livestreaming of court proceedings.

VIDIZMO can run fully air-gapped on customer-controlled infrastructure, with transcription, detection, OCR, PII detection and language models (served through Ollama or vLLM) running locally so no content leaves the network. Redactor marks classified passages with classification shading that only users holding a restricted right can remove. Whether a deployment may hold classified information, and at what level, is decided by the customer's accrediting authority for that system.

Redactor ships default redaction codes for US FOIA exemptions, so each redaction records the exemption it was made under and the code appears on the released record. Redactions are organized into separately managed layers, so one recording can be released to requesters with different access rights. Bulk redaction runs as queued work and has been exercised at over 1.1 million recordings.

Redactor records the legal basis for each redaction as a redaction code. Default code lists cover US FOIA, UK FOIA and the US Privacy Act, and an agency adds its own code list for its state law, such as the Georgia Open Records Act, the California Public Records Act, California AB 748 body camera disclosures or New Hampshire RSA 91-A.

Redactor supports DICOM format for redacting PHI from radiology and diagnostic images. Patient identifiers, dates, and PHI in metadata and burned-in-text can be detected and redacted for research or sharing.

AI Intelligence Hub runs assistants that answer questions from an organization's own content, such as patient education material, clinical protocols and policies, with citations to the source documents. Each assistant is scoped to its own knowledge base, and retrieval runs under the asking user's permissions so answers draw only on content that user may open. Workflows can include an approval step so a person reviews output before it is used.

Redactor detects and redacts student personal information before a record is disclosed, and reports how much of a FERPA detection set was redacted on each file.

EnterpriseTube reports per-learner viewing and progress, quiz and survey results with a question-level breakdown, engagement heatmaps showing where viewers stopped watching, SCORM interaction data and learning plan progress, with reports exportable as CSV. Quiz scores pass back to the LMS gradebook over LTI.

Yes. Redactor transcribes claim call recordings, detects personal information in the transcript such as names, addresses, Social Security numbers, credit card numbers and other financial identifiers, and replaces those segments with silence or a beep. Policy numbers and other company-specific identifiers are added as custom detection patterns, and batches of recordings redact as queued bulk work.

Yes. A legal hold in Digital Evidence Management (DEMS) protects content from deletion until an authorized administrator releases it, overriding automated retention, and is also enforced at the storage layer where the storage provider supports object-level holds. Locking an item exempts it from lifecycle policies, and every action on held content is recorded in the chain of custody.
