AI for Manufacturing & Energy
AI on the cameras your plant already owns
Plants already run on cameras and on what experienced people know. Now put both to work on the five numbers you already report: safety, quality, throughput, cost and downtime. Flags with the clip on the cameras you own, standard work that holds on every shift, and answers from your own SOPs, all running on your own servers.
Also built for utilities, substations and field sites.

Safety & Compliance Monitoring
Safety flags on every shift
Missing PPE, restricted-zone entry, fire and smoke flagged from day one, forklift aisles trained for your plant, and the clip kept for the EHS file.

Standard work that holds on every shift
The best crew’s method as video standard work, a quiz at the step that matters, completion tracked per person, and drift flagged on your cameras once detection is trained for your line.

Built for the way your plant runs
Food & beverage
The line at 2 a.m. should run like the line at 2 p.m. Checkweigher and metal-detector rejects checked against the recording from that minute.
Plastics & packaging
Around-the-clock molding and converting lines, seen the next morning. Changeovers made repeatable.
Specialty chemicals
Process know-how that stays on site, from the pilot plant into full production.
Pharma & medical devices
One method on every shift, with a completion record that sits alongside your QMS.
Automotive
Missing or misplaced parts caught at the station, not at the end of the line.
Electrical & electronics
The missing component found at the station instead of at final test.
Metals & fabrication
A missed weld fixed where it is cheapest, with AI results you can check.
Aerospace & defense
New technicians to standard, deployed inside your boundary, air-gapped if required.
Consumer goods
Standard work and packaging checks that hold on every shift.
Built for Your Plant
Trained on your parts, your packaging and your procedures
Your products and packaging
Variants, colors, cartons, seals and labels.
Your defect list
What ships and what fails, including different acceptance standards for different customers.
Your procedures
The steps, centerlines and changeovers your best crew already runs.
Your stations and equipment
The stations, docks and machines your cameras watch, with every flag sent on to your systems through the REST API and webhooks.
Where the Numbers Move
Five numbers your plant already reports
Safety
$48,000 per medically consulted work injury, in economic cost to society (NSC Injury Facts, 2024).
Missing PPE, restricted-zone entry, fire and smoke flagged on every shift, with the clip kept for the EHS file. Forklift aisles are trained for your plant.
Quality
As much as 15 to 20% of sales revenue goes to the cost of quality at many manufacturers (ASQ).
Visual checks at the station. Missing or misplaced parts are flagged where they happen, and every hold arrives with the clip, ready for 8D or CAPA.
Throughput
Every shift, the same method.
SOP and work-step adherence. The best crew’s method becomes the standard on every shift, and drift from it is flagged on the cameras you already have once detection is trained for your plant.
Cost
No new cameras.
Uses the cameras you already own. They cover every shift instead of a sample, and training reaches every plant without flying trainers between sites.
Downtime
11% of revenue lost to unplanned downtime at the world’s 500 largest companies (Siemens, 2024).
Every camera is recorded continuously, so the minutes before a stop are on video whether or not an alert fired. Root cause starts from the recording, not from memory.
Industry figures, not VIDIZMO results. A pilot on one line measures yours.

Events reach your other systems as they happen
Webhooks on the events you choose
A catalog of 169 event types in 40 categories, from AI Live Insight detections and fired monitors to quiz, course and content events. Subscribe to one event or a whole category, and each event is posted to your endpoint as JSON, in the order it happened.
Alerts where your people are
A detection goes by email to the people subscribed to that camera, with its severity and snapshot, and by webhook to a messaging, SMS or dispatch system.
Monitors for patterns over time
A monitor checks recorded events on a schedule, such as more than five events on a camera within 10 minutes, or an expected event that did not happen. When it holds, it emails its subscribers and posts to subscribed webhooks, with the evidence for each condition.
Every delivery on record
Each webhook delivery is logged with its response and retries, retried when the endpoint has a transient failure, and resumed after a restart. The log exports as PDF or CSV.
The REST API covers the rest of the platform: content, search, metadata, users and sharing, under the same permissions as the interface. Native and API connectors for other systems are on the integrations page.

FAQ
AI for manufacturing & energy, asked and answered
What does VIDIZMO do for manufacturers and energy operators?
Flags on the cameras you own, for safety, product quality and line throughput. Every event is kept with its clip in an audit-ready record, video SOPs keep the same method on every shift, and the minutes before every stop are on video for root cause.
Does it work with our existing plant cameras?
Yes. Any IP camera, NVR or VMS that provides an RTSP or ONVIF stream, across plants, yards, substations and field sites, with no new cameras and no change to your VMS. You are also alerted when a camera goes offline, so a gap in coverage does not go unnoticed.
Can it check product quality as well as safety?
Yes, where a line camera can see the defect. Models are trained on footage from your line for your own defect list, assembly checks and product variants, and each flagged unit is tied to a timestamped clip. Fine surface and dimensional defects stay with dedicated machine-vision stations.
How does it reduce operating cost?
By taking the watching off people and catching problems earlier: unsafe conditions before an injury, defects at the station instead of downstream, and the cause of a stop from the recording instead of from memory. A pilot on one line measures the change against your own baseline.
Does it connect to our MES, EHS and maintenance systems?
Yes. Events go out as they happen: webhooks post detections, fired monitors and other platform events to your endpoints, and the REST API covers the rest of the platform. A detection can open a work order, raise a quality hold or create a record in your EHS system, which remains the system of record.
How does it capture retiring expertise?
Procedures, changeovers and troubleshooting are captured as searchable video SOPs, transcribed in up to 82 languages. AI Intelligence Hub then answers technicians' questions from that material and cites the source.
Can it run fully on-premises?
Yes, and for live video analytics that is the setup we recommend, because processing close to the cameras avoids sending continuous video off site. Air-gapped sites are supported.
What works on day one, and what is trained for our plant?
PPE, restricted zones, fire and smoke work from day one, along with video SOPs, quizzes, completion records and cited answers from your documents. Your own parts, packages, defect list, forklift aisles and drift from your standard work are trained for your plant during the pilot, from footage and samples you supply.
How does it keep standard work consistent across shifts?
The best crew's method is captured as video standard work, each step can carry a short quiz, and completion is tracked per person. Once detection is trained for your plant during the pilot, the cameras you already have flag where practice drifts from the standard.
Is the training record a GMP or 21 CFR Part 11 validation?
No. The record is a certificate of completion, with the quiz results behind it showing who completed which procedure, when, and how they answered. Process validation stays with your quality system.
