Preservica connects to the VIDIZMO platform for export, retention and disposition and archiving.

Content is exported out to storage and collaboration systems, so material leaves the platform into the organisation's own destinations.

Content is disposed of on a schedule rather than by hand: a retention period governs how long deleted content is held before permanent removal, and evidence disposition manages scheduled destruction with rules aligned to records standards.
