You submit raw video, audio, or documents and receive redacted, ready-to-release output back, without needing to license, configure, or staff the tool in-house.

VIDIZMO handles video, audio, and unstructured document data, including PDFs and scanned or handwritten records via OCR, images embedded within documents, and audio recordings, redacting visual elements like faces and license plates as well as spoken or written PII.

How is redaction accuracy and quality assured?

Redactions go through a dual quality-review process, with two reviewers independently checking each pass before delivery. A rework window is included so you can request corrections on anything missed or over-redacted before the material is finalized.

Is there a chain-of-custody or audit trail for compliance purposes?

Yes. Each redaction is logged in a tamper-resistant audit trail capturing who performed it and when, and individual redactions can be tagged with the applicable legal or exemption basis, giving your organization documentation to defend the redaction decisions if challenged.
