MCP (Model Context Protocol) connects to the VIDIZMO platform for agent tools over MCP, agent tools and workflow nodes.

AI processing runs on one of two provider paths, and the choice is a deployment decision with a data-residency consequence. On the VIDIZMO Indexer path, processing happens on the customer's own infrastructure and content does not leave the environment. On a cloud provider path, the customer supplies their own subscription and processing happens in their cloud account. Several individual capabilities are available only on the cloud path, and each says so on its own capability file.

Media is submitted for processing and results return as timed data: transcripts, translations, OCR text, detected objects, descriptions and telemetry, all indexed and searchable against the item.
