CentralSquare
REST API access and content ingestion with CentralSquare, built on request.
CentralSquare connects to the VIDIZMO platform for REST API access and content ingestion.
The systems an agency already runs stay the systems of record. Integration is by REST API, ingestion connector, webhook and partner transfer, which means a records or case management system keeps its case as the authoritative record while evidence lives under the platform's custody model. Several of the named systems are also competitors in one product line and integration targets in another, and both facts hold at once.
Case and incident identifiers arrive as custom attributes, so a case reference survives across the boundary through attribute mapping. Evidence transfers to another agency's system through a partner relationship. Webhooks notify an external system on media actions, metadata changes and workflow completion. Export connectors move finished material out on a stored query.
Connects over REST API and Ingestion connector.
Available to DEMS, EnterpriseTube, Redactor, AI Intelligence Hub and AI Live Insight.
Not shipped as a standard connector today. It can be built to your requirement on the existing integration architecture, with scope and effort agreed per engagement.

Not what you need?
We build it
Send us your API documentation and we build, test and maintain the connector, at no development cost to you.
Bring an MCP server
If the system publishes a Model Context Protocol server, AI Intelligence Hub connects to it as a client with configuration alone.
Define a REST endpoint
Describe your endpoint and it becomes a node in an agent workflow, without waiting on our roadmap.
