AI for Food & Beverage
The 2 a.m. line, run like the 2 p.m. line
Food plants run three shifts, washdowns and allergen changeovers, and every hold needs a reason. AI Live Insight flags seal, label and safety problems with the clip on the cameras you already own, video SOPs keep sanitation and changeovers the same on every shift, and the recording from the minute a checkweigher or metal detector rejected is there to review.
For processing, filling and packing lines, on your own servers.

Safety & Compliance Monitoring
Safety flags on every shift
Missing PPE, restricted-zone entry, fire and smoke flagged from day one, forklift aisles in docks and cold stores trained for your plant, and the clip kept for the EHS file.

Seal, label and carton checks at the station
Open seals, missing or crooked labels and wrong cartons, from models trained on footage of your own line. Every hold arrives with the clip from that station.

Sanitation and changeover, the same way every shift
Clean-down, allergen changeover and start-up as video standard work, a quiz at the step that matters, completion tracked per person, and drift flagged on your cameras once detection is trained for your line.

Other plants we build for
Pharma & medical devices
One method on every shift, with a completion record that sits alongside your QMS.
Automotive
Missing or misplaced parts caught at the station, not at the end of the line.
Plastics & packaging
Around-the-clock molding and converting lines, seen the next morning. Changeovers made repeatable.
All of manufacturing & energy
Safety, quality, throughput, cost and downtime across every kind of plant, utilities and field sites.
Built for Your Plant
Trained on your packs, your seals and your sanitation steps
Your SKUs and packaging
Pack formats, films, lids, seals, labels and cartons, across every variant you run.
Your hold criteria
What ships and what goes on hold, including different specifications for different customers.
Your sanitation and changeover steps
The clean-down, allergen changeover and start-up sequence your best crew already runs.
Your floor
Washdown areas, cold rooms and docks, watched by the cameras already rated for them, with every flag sent on to your systems through the REST API and webhooks.
Where the Numbers Move
Five numbers your plant already reports
Safety
$48,000 per medically consulted work injury, in economic cost to society (NSC Injury Facts, 2024).
Missing PPE, restricted-zone entry, fire and smoke flagged on every shift, with the clip kept for the EHS file. Forklift aisles in docks and cold stores are trained for your plant.
Quality
Every hold, with its clip.
Seal and label checks at the station. Every hold arrives with the clip, so the hold decision and its corrective action start from what the camera saw.
Throughput
Every changeover, the same sequence.
Sanitation and allergen changeover as video standard work, so the night crew runs the steps the day crew runs, and drift is flagged on your cameras once detection is trained for your plant.
Cost
No new cameras.
Uses the cameras you already own, including those in washdown and cold areas. They cover every shift instead of a sample, and training reaches every plant without flying trainers between sites.
Downtime
11% of revenue lost to unplanned downtime at the world’s 500 largest companies (Siemens, 2024).
Every camera is recorded continuously, so the minutes before a filler or sealer stop are on video whether or not an alert fired. Root cause starts from the recording, not from memory.
Industry figures, not VIDIZMO results. A pilot on one line measures yours.
Programs You Answer To
What the platform contributes to FSMA, HACCP, SQF and BRCGS
FSMA preventive controls
Sanitation and allergen changeover procedures as video SOPs, with completion recorded per person, so the training your food safety plan relies on is on record.
HACCP
Continuous recordings from the cameras at your critical control points and reject stations, so a deviation at a CCP can be reviewed against what happened on the line at that minute.
SQF and BRCGS
Training records, incident records and the audit trail behind them, ready to show an auditor how a procedure is taught and how an incident was handled.
What stays with you
The platform does not certify, validate or audit your plant. Your food safety plan, HACCP records and quality system remain yours, and certification stays with you and your certification body. The platform supplies the clips, training records and audit trail your team uses to answer an audit.

Events reach your other systems as they happen
Webhooks on the events you choose
A catalog of 169 event types in 40 categories, from AI Live Insight detections and fired monitors to quiz, course and content events. Subscribe to one event or a whole category, and each event is posted to your endpoint as JSON, in the order it happened.
Alerts where your people are
A detection goes by email to the people subscribed to that camera, with its severity and snapshot, and by webhook to a messaging, SMS or dispatch system.
Monitors for patterns over time
A monitor checks recorded events on a schedule, such as more than five events on a camera within 10 minutes, or an expected event that did not happen. When it holds, it emails its subscribers and posts to subscribed webhooks, with the evidence for each condition.
Every delivery on record
Each webhook delivery is logged with its response and retries, retried when the endpoint has a transient failure, and resumed after a restart. The log exports as PDF or CSV.
The REST API covers the rest of the platform: content, search, metadata, users and sharing, under the same permissions as the interface. Native and API connectors for other systems are on the integrations page.

FAQ
AI for food & beverage, asked and answered
What does VIDIZMO do for food and beverage plants?
Flags on the cameras you own for safety, seals, labels and cartons, each kept with its clip in an audit-ready record. Video SOPs keep sanitation and allergen changeovers the same on every shift, and every camera is recorded continuously, so the minutes before a stop or a reject are on video.
Can we check a checkweigher or metal-detector reject against the video?
Yes. Every camera is recorded continuously, so the recording from the reject station at that minute is there to review whether or not an alert fired. Your checkweigher and metal detector stay your control points; the recording shows what happened around them.
Does it detect foreign material in the product?
It flags what a line camera can see, such as an open seal, a missing or crooked label or a wrong carton, with models trained on footage from your line. Foreign material inside the product stays with your metal detectors, X-ray and other dedicated inspection.
Will it work with the cameras in our washdown and cold areas?
Yes. It works with any IP camera, NVR or VMS that provides an RTSP or ONVIF stream, including the cameras already rated for those areas, with no new cameras and no change to your VMS. You are alerted when a camera goes offline, so a gap in coverage does not go unnoticed.
How does it help with sanitation and allergen changeovers?
Each changeover is captured as video standard work from the crew that runs it best, with a short quiz at the steps that matter and completion tracked per person. Once detection is trained for your plant during the pilot, the cameras flag where practice drifts from the standard.
Does it make us FSMA, SQF or BRCGS compliant?
No. Those programs are your plant's obligations, and certification and audits stay with you and your certification body. The platform contributes the clips, training and completion records and the audit trail your team uses to show how a procedure is taught and how an incident was handled.
Does it connect to our quality and maintenance systems?
Yes. Webhooks post detections, fired monitors and other platform events to your endpoints as they happen, and the REST API covers the rest of the platform. A detection can open a work order, raise a quality hold or create a record in the system that remains the system of record.
Can it run fully on-premises?
Yes, and for live video analytics that is the setup we recommend, because processing close to the cameras avoids sending continuous video off site. Air-gapped sites are supported.
What works on day one, and what is trained for our plant?
PPE, restricted zones, fire and smoke work from day one, along with video SOPs, quizzes, completion records and cited answers from your documents. Your own packs, seals, labels, forklift aisles and drift from your standard work are trained for your plant during the pilot, from footage and samples you supply.
