One method on every shift, and the record to show it

In a GMP plant the procedure and the record matter as much as the product. Video work instructions keep line clearance, gowning and packaging steps the same on every shift, completion is recorded per person and per procedure, and the cameras you already own flag label and packaging problems with the clip, on your own servers.

Validation of your systems and processes stays with your quality system.

Built for Your Plant

Trained on your products, your packaging and your procedures

No two GMP lines package the same product the same way. Detection for your own labels, cartons, packs and steps is trained on footage from your cameras, under your lighting, against your own specification.

Your products and packaging

Labels, cartons, blister packs, vials and kits, across every presentation you run.

Your defect list

What passes and what becomes a deviation, against your own specification.

Your procedures

Line clearance, gowning and the packaging steps your best crew already runs.

Your controlled areas

Packaging suites, gowning rooms and controlled-access areas, with every flag sent on to your systems through the REST API and webhooks.

Where the Numbers Move

Five numbers your plant already reports

Safety

$48,000 per medically consulted work injury, in economic cost to society (NSC Injury Facts, 2024).

Missing PPE, restricted-zone entry, fire and smoke flagged on every shift, with the clip kept for the EHS file.

Quality

Every hold, with its clip.

Label and packaging checks at the station. Every hold arrives with the clip, ready for the deviation and the CAPA.

Read: Quality control in manufacturing

Throughput

Every shift, the same method.

Line clearance and packaging steps as video standard work, so every shift runs the method your best crew runs, and drift is flagged on your cameras once detection is trained for your plant.

Cost

No new cameras.

Uses the cameras you already own in packaging and controlled areas. They cover every shift instead of a sample, and training reaches every site without flying trainers between sites.

Downtime

11% of revenue lost to unplanned downtime at the world’s 500 largest companies (Siemens, 2024).

Every camera is recorded continuously, so the minutes before a packaging-line stop are on video whether or not an alert fired. Root cause starts from the recording, not from memory.

Programs You Answer To

What the platform contributes to GMP and Part 11 work

FDA GMP: 21 CFR 211 and 820

Training records by procedure and by person, line clearance and packaging steps as video work instructions, and clips that sit beside a deviation or a CAPA.

Training recordsWork instructions

21 CFR Part 11

An audit trail of what was done to each record and by whom, role-based access, and retention rules you configure, for your quality team to assess as part of its own validation work.

What stays with you

The platform does not validate, certify or audit your systems or processes. Part 11 applies to the systems and procedures you use for electronic records, and their validation stays with your quality system. Your QMS, batch records and LMS remain the systems of record.

Connected to Your Plant Systems

Events reach your other systems as they happen

Your QMS, LMS, EHS and maintenance systems stay the systems of record. The platform tells them when something happens, so they act on an event instead of polling for one.

Webhooks on the events you choose

A catalog of 169 event types in 40 categories, from AI Live Insight detections and fired monitors to quiz, course and content events. Subscribe to one event or a whole category, and each event is posted to your endpoint as JSON, in the order it happened.

Alerts where your people are

A detection goes by email to the people subscribed to that camera, with its severity and snapshot, and by webhook to a messaging, SMS or dispatch system.

Monitors for patterns over time

A monitor checks recorded events on a schedule, such as more than five events on a camera within 10 minutes, or an expected event that did not happen. When it holds, it emails its subscribers and posts to subscribed webhooks, with the evidence for each condition.

Every delivery on record

Each webhook delivery is logged with its response and retries, retried when the endpoint has a transient failure, and resumed after a restart. The log exports as PDF or CSV.

The REST API covers the rest of the platform: content, search, metadata, users and sharing, under the same permissions as the interface. Native and API connectors for other systems are on the integrations page.

Why VIDIZMO

We speak deviation, CAPA and line clearance

Regulated plants lose time in a few predictable places: deviations that take days to reconstruct, a procedure run differently on nights, training records assembled by hand before an inspection, and know-how that leaves when experienced operators retire. The platform addresses each one using the cameras and content you already have. That means line clearance and packaging steps as video work instructions that hold on every shift; training assigned to the people in scope, with completion recorded per person and per procedure; label and packaging flags with the clip, ready for the deviation; video SOPs translated into 11 languages; and an audit trail your quality team can assess. Validation stays with your quality system. Processing runs on-premises, close to the cameras, so video stays on the plant network. Air-gapped sites are supported.

FAQ

AI for pharma & medical devices, asked and answered

What does VIDIZMO do for pharma and medical device manufacturers?

It keeps one method on every shift and records who was trained on it. Video work instructions cover line clearance, gowning and packaging steps, training is assigned to the people in scope with completion recorded per person, and the cameras you already own flag label and packaging problems with the clip.

Is VIDIZMO 21 CFR Part 11 compliant?

Part 11 applies to the systems and procedures a regulated company uses for electronic records, and validation is the company's responsibility. The platform provides the audit trail, role-based access and records your quality team assesses as part of that work.

Is the training record a GMP validation?

No. The record is a certificate of completion, with the quiz results behind it showing who completed which procedure, when, and how they answered. Process validation stays with your quality system.

Can training be assigned with a deadline?

Yes. An assignment enrols the people in scope automatically, carries start and end dates, and can require completion within the window, and user reports show who has completed it.

Does it work in cleanrooms and controlled areas?

It works with the cameras already installed there: any IP camera, NVR or VMS that provides an RTSP or ONVIF stream, with no new cameras and no change to your VMS. Restricted-zone entry is flagged from day one, and you are alerted when a camera goes offline.

Can it check labels and packaging?

Yes, where a line camera can see the fault. Models are trained on footage from your line for your own labels, cartons and packs, and each flagged unit is tied to a timestamped clip. Print verification, serialization and fine dimensional checks stay with your dedicated inspection systems.

Does it connect to our QMS and LMS?

Webhooks post detections, quiz and course events and other platform events to your endpoints as they happen, and the REST API covers the rest of the platform. Video and quizzes reach the LMS you already run through SCORM and LTI, and your QMS remains the system of record.

Can it run fully on-premises or air-gapped?

Yes. For live video analytics, on-premises is the setup we recommend, because processing close to the cameras avoids sending continuous video off site. Air-gapped sites are supported.

What works on day one, and what is trained for our plant?

Restricted zones, PPE, fire and smoke work from day one, along with video SOPs, quizzes, completion records and cited answers from your documents. Your own labels, packs and drift from your standard work are trained for your plant during the pilot, from footage and samples you supply.
