Around-the-clock lines, seen the next morning

Molding and converting lines run all night, change over often and turn every bad start-up into scrap. Every camera you already own records the whole night and flags visible defects once detection is trained for your parts, video SOPs make mold changes and changeovers repeatable, and the recording from the minute scrap started is there for the morning meeting.

Built for Your Plant

Trained on your parts, your print and your changeovers

No two plants mold or convert the same way. Detection for your own parts, print, seals and steps is trained on footage from your cameras, under your lighting, against your own quality standard.

Your parts and packaging

Molded parts, films, pouches, labels and print, across every SKU you run.

Your defect list

Short shots, flash, print and seal faults, against each customer’s acceptance standard.

Your changeovers

The mold changes, color changes and start-up sequence your best crew already runs.

Your presses and lines

The presses, extruders and converting lines your cameras watch, with every flag sent on to your systems through the REST API and webhooks.

Where the Numbers Move

Five numbers your plant already reports

Safety

$48,000 per medically consulted work injury, in economic cost to society (NSC Injury Facts, 2024).

Missing PPE, restricted-zone entry, fire and smoke flagged on every shift, with the clip kept for the EHS file. Forklift aisles are trained for your plant.

Quality

Scrap, traced to the minute it started.

Visible defects flagged at the press or the line, and every hold arrives with the clip from that station.

Throughput

Every changeover, the same steps.

Mold changes and start-ups as video standard work, so the night shift runs the method the day shift runs, and drift is flagged on your cameras once detection is trained for your plant.

Cost

No new cameras.

Uses the cameras you already own. They cover every shift instead of a sample, and training reaches every plant without flying trainers between sites.

Downtime

11% of revenue lost to unplanned downtime at the world’s 500 largest companies (Siemens, 2024).

Every camera is recorded continuously, so the minutes before a press or line stop are on video whether or not an alert fired. Root cause starts from the recording, not from memory.

Programs You Answer To

What the platform contributes to ISO 9001 and customer audits

ISO 9001

Documented procedures as video SOPs, training and completion records per person, and clips that sit beside a nonconformity and its corrective action.

Video SOPsCompletion records

Customer audits

The records a customer auditor asks for, from changeover training to the clip behind a hold, found by search rather than assembled by hand from paper logs.

Food-contact packaging

Where you make packaging for food, the same training records and clips support the hygiene program your customers audit you against.

What stays with you

The platform does not certify or audit your plant. Your quality system and your customers’ audit programs stay in charge, and camera flags support your people rather than replace their judgment.

Connected to Your Plant Systems

Events reach your other systems as they happen

Your MES, quality, maintenance and dispatch systems stay the systems of record. The platform tells them when something happens, so they act on an event instead of polling for one.

Webhooks on the events you choose

A catalog of 169 event types in 40 categories, from AI Live Insight detections and fired monitors to quiz, course and content events. Subscribe to one event or a whole category, and each event is posted to your endpoint as JSON, in the order it happened.

Alerts where your people are

A detection goes by email to the people subscribed to that camera, with its severity and snapshot, and by webhook to a messaging, SMS or dispatch system.

Monitors for patterns over time

A monitor checks recorded events on a schedule, such as more than five events on a camera within 10 minutes, or an expected event that did not happen. When it holds, it emails its subscribers and posts to subscribed webhooks, with the evidence for each condition.

Every delivery on record

Each webhook delivery is logged with its response and retries, retried when the endpoint has a transient failure, and resumed after a restart. The log exports as PDF or CSV.

The REST API covers the rest of the platform: content, search, metadata, users and sharing, under the same permissions as the interface. Native and API connectors for other systems are on the integrations page.

Why VIDIZMO

We speak mold change, start-up scrap and changeover minutes

Molding and converting plants lose money in a few predictable places: scrap at every start-up, changeovers that take longer on nights, defects found by the customer, and know-how that leaves when the best setup technicians retire. The platform addresses each one using the cameras and content you already have. That means visible defect flags at the press with the clip; mold changes and changeovers as video standard work that holds on every shift; the night shift on video, so the morning meeting starts from what happened; video SOPs translated into 11 languages, with a certificate of completion; and an audit-ready incident record. Processing runs on-premises, close to the cameras, so video stays on the plant network. Air-gapped sites are supported.

FAQ

AI for plastics & packaging, asked and answered

What does VIDIZMO do for plastics and packaging plants?

Every camera on the floor is recorded around the clock and flags visible defects and safety problems with the clip. Video SOPs make mold changes and changeovers repeatable on every shift, and the minutes before a stop or a run of scrap are on video for root cause.

Can we see what happened on the night shift?

Yes. Every camera is recorded continuously, whether or not an alert fired, so the morning meeting can go to any camera at any minute. Flags from the night arrive with their clip, and a monitor can email the team when a pattern holds, such as more than five events on one camera within 10 minutes.

Which defects can it see?

Defects a line camera can see, such as short shots, flash, print and seal faults, with models trained on footage from your line for your own parts and acceptance standard. Fine surface and dimensional defects stay with dedicated machine-vision stations.

How does it help with mold changes and changeovers?

The best setup technician's method is captured as video standard work, step by step, with a short quiz at the steps that matter and completion tracked per person. Once detection is trained for your plant during the pilot, the cameras flag where practice drifts from the standard.

Does it help with ISO 9001 and customer audits?

It contributes records: video SOPs, training and completion records per person, and the clip behind each hold, all searchable. Certification and audits stay with you, your registrar and your customers.

Does it connect to our MES and maintenance systems?

Yes. Webhooks post detections, fired monitors and other platform events to your endpoints as they happen, and the REST API covers the rest of the platform. A detection can open a work order, raise a quality hold or create a record in the system that remains the system of record.

Does it work with our existing cameras?

Yes. Any IP camera, NVR or VMS that provides an RTSP or ONVIF stream, with no new cameras and no change to your VMS. You are alerted when a camera goes offline, so a gap in coverage does not go unnoticed.

Can it run fully on-premises?

Yes, and for live video analytics that is the setup we recommend, because processing close to the cameras avoids sending continuous video off site. Air-gapped sites are supported.

What works on day one, and what is trained for our plant?

PPE, restricted zones, fire and smoke work from day one, along with video SOPs, quizzes, completion records and cited answers from your documents. Your own parts, defect list, forklift aisles and drift from your standard work are trained for your plant during the pilot, from footage and samples you supply.
