Came out of nowhere and slammed on the brakes. Three claimants said it. Three different claims, word for word. Coincidence? That's for Ray's team to decide. This is how they find out. Property and casualty fraud costs an estimated 45 billion dollars a year. It rarely sits in one claim. It hides across claims, adjusters, and months, in folders nobody opens side by side. And whatever the team finds has to hold up in court. Ray directs the special investigations unit at a regional auto insurer.
Three rear-end claims landed on his desk this quarter. Question one: What do these claims have in common? Each claim already lives as one evidence record in Nexus. Photos, video, statements, estimates, and invoices, with an audit trail from the first file. Ray searches for the body shop on one invoice. Metadata tags and AI search pull up all three claims, and each hit points straight to the invoice page, the statement timestamp, or the photo it came from.
Question two: Are these the same invoice? The AI Intelligence Hub runs OCR, signature detection, and duplicate analysis, and cross-checks names and amounts. Two invoices from two claims, same line items, same total, same layout, flagged for an investigator to look at. Question three: Did they tell the same story? Ray asks what each claimant said about the moment of impact. Three answers come back, each cited to the second in its recorded statement.
The same sentence three times. The software finds the connections and shows where each one came from. The investigator decides what they mean. Question four: Will it hold up? Before the file leaves the unit, Redactor takes out personal data about people who aren't part of the case. Counsel gets a link of their own with an expiry date. Every view, download, and change is on the record, in audit logs that can't be edited or deleted, and every file is hashed at intake, so its integrity can be checked on demand.
It works with the systems the unit already uses: Guidewire ClaimCenter on request, Salesforce and ServiceNow, SharePoint, OneDrive and Box, and your cloud storage. Anything else is built to your requirement or reached through an MCP server or a REST API. Four questions answered with sources: what connects the claims, whether the documents match, whether the stories match, and whether the case will hold. Bring us three claims you're not sure about.
We'll show you what connects them. Request a demo at vidizmo.ai.
