Microsoft 365

Meetings, files and sites become something a workflow can answer from. Visit website

Microsoft 365 is where most organisations already keep meetings, documents and internal sites.

Teams recordings ingest as they are produced and SharePoint and OneDrive act as sources and destinations, so the working record of the organisation is transcribed, indexed and searchable. Retrieval then answers from it with citations, which is the point of connecting it rather than just storing it.

Answers From the Meetings and Files You Already Keep

Open as a two-page brief

Microsoft 365 is where most organizations already keep their meetings, documents and internal sites. Connected, Teams recordings ingest as they are produced, and SharePoint and OneDrive act as sources and destinations, so the working record of the organization is transcribed, indexed and searchable. AI Intelligence Hub then answers questions from it with a citation to the recording moment or the document, and processed output can land back in SharePoint or OneDrive. Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive stay where they are.

How it connects

The catalog lists the connection as REST API. Each Microsoft 365 system is set up as an app in the portal's settings, which is configuration rather than a deployment. Teams recordings ingest automatically as they are produced. SharePoint libraries and OneDrive folders serve as sources, so material already filed there is ingested, and as export destinations, so processed output lands back where people expect to find it.

What flows in is the recording or the file. What happens to the source after ingestion, left in place, moved or deleted, is set in the connector's configuration. Once in the library, a workflow can run on publish: transcription, a summary, chapters or a translation, each as a step on a visual canvas. Retrieval runs under the asking user's identity, and answers carry citations to the material they drew on.

Teams keeps hosting meetings, SharePoint keeps its sites and libraries, and OneDrive keeps its folders. What the platform holds is the ingested item, governed by its own access and retention rules.

What you can do together

  • Make every Teams recording searchable by what was said, with AI Intelligence Hub transcribing and indexing it as it arrives rather than after someone remembers to upload it.
  • Ask across meetings and documents what was decided and where it is written down, and get an answer citing the moment in the recording and the SharePoint document.
  • Run a workflow on each new recording, a summary, chapters or a translation, and deliver the output back to SharePoint or OneDrive.
  • Keep the record under retention, role-based access and audit logs, rather than in a meeting tool where recordings expire.

A scenario

  1. Tuesday, 15:00The operations committee meets in Teams. The recording ingests as soon as it is produced, and a workflow on publish has AI Intelligence Hub transcribe and summarize it.
  2. Wednesday, 09:10An analyst asks the assistant what the committee decided about the wire transfer approval threshold and which procedure reflects it. The answer cites the moment in Tuesday's recording and the procedure document ingested from the SharePoint library.
  3. 09:20She asks for the summary and the decision list written back. The workflow exports them to the division's SharePoint library, where the committee's pages already point.
  4. ThursdayThe procedure document is revised in SharePoint. The revised version is ingested on the next run, and the next question is answered from it.
  5. Quarter endCompliance asks for every recorded discussion of the threshold that quarter. The assistant lists them with citations, and the recordings sit in Nexus under the division's retention schedule rather than expiring in Teams.

What stays where

Microsoft 365 remains where the work happens

Teams hosts the meetings, SharePoint holds the sites and libraries, and OneDrive holds the folders. Nothing about how people use them changes.

The platform holds the ingested item

Recordings and files sit in Nexus under role-based access, audit logs and retention. Retrieval runs under the asking user's identity, so an answer cannot draw on material that user could not open.

Nothing is replaced

Ingestion is configured as apps in the portal settings, output is exported back to SharePoint or OneDrive, and the platform's own reporting runs alongside.

Processing runs where you deploy the platform

Shared or dedicated SaaS, your own cloud, or on premises, with models that can be self-hosted. Reaching Microsoft 365 needs a network path to it.

Bring an MCP server

If the system publishes a Model Context Protocol server, AI Intelligence Hub connects to it as a client with configuration alone.
