Epic is the electronic health record used by most large US health systems, holding encounters, orders, results and clinical documentation.
Through a community MCP server and its API an agent reads the record on behalf of the person asking, so Epic's own access rules decide what comes back. Procedure video and imaging file against the right encounter.
