Staff Training and Meeting Recordings for City HR: 1-Minute Demo
Wednesday morning at City Hall, Angela, the HR director, keeps required staff training in one library, with completion tracked for every employee. In one minute, this demo shows Teams and Zoom recordings arriving in Nexus on their own, searchable by what was said and kept to the retention schedule.
When an employee complaint involves video, the case is open only to the case team, anything shared more widely has coworkers' faces and personal details redacted first, and every view is logged. Staff ask policy questions in AI Intelligence Hub and get answers from the city's own handbook, with the source cited. For city HR and training leaders.
