The CJIS Security Policy 6.0 controls come due by September 30, 2027, and multi-factor authentication is already required. VIDIZMO runs as SaaS, in your own cloud subscription, in Azure Government, on premises, or fully air-gapped. Deployments are aligned to the CJIS Security Policy, with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit. Every file gets a hash at ingest that can be verified on demand, and its custody history records every view, share and change. The audit log covers the whole system, and it can't be edited or deleted. Sharing outside the agency uses per-recipient links with an expiry date. Sign-in runs through Microsoft Entra ID. Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and ServiceNow are available, and CAD, records and body-worn camera systems are on request, from a catalog of 156 integrations.
