Farm Biosecurity Shower In, Shower Out: 2-Minute Demo

Biosecurity starts at the farm gate. A worker arrives at the dirty-side door in farm clothes; the camera logs the entry and time, and the badge reader ties it to the person without facial recognition. On the clean side, the same worker comes out in farm-issued coveralls, and the time between the two doors is checked against the minimum.

A farm and food company runs hatcheries, barns, and processing plants, and every one of them has rules that keep animals healthy and food safe. Here's how one platform watches those rules, keeps the record, and shares it safely. It starts at the farm gate with shower in, shower out. A worker arrives at the dirty side door in farm clothes.

The camera logs the entry and the time, and the badge reader ties it to the person without facial recognition. On the clean side, the same worker comes out in farm-issued coveralls and boots. The time between the two doors is checked against the minimum, and the pass is recorded. When a pass is too short, when someone leaves without the issued clothing, or when someone walks back through the clean door, the pass is flagged, and the alert goes to Dana.

Water flow meters, soap dispensers, and boot dips can be connected through the API, so each pass also shows the shower actually ran. Recognizing the farm's own coveralls is trained for your site during a pilot. See it on your own farms and plants. Request a demo at vidizmo.ai.

Short passes, missing issued clothing and walks back through the clean door are flagged and sent to the biosecurity lead. Water flow meters, soap dispensers and boot dips can be joined to each pass through the API. There are no cameras inside the showers or changing rooms. Part of the Food & Agriculture demo.
