Every release outside the program is a decision about controlled data. Here's how export control releases only what may leave. Reports carry names, contacts, and part serial numbers. Test video shows people's faces. Redaction is done by hand, and nothing records what was removed. Here's the flight test report. It names the test team with their phone numbers and email addresses and lists the serial numbers of the parts under test. Redactor removes the personal details, a custom pattern catches the serial numbers, and the redaction is burned into a new copy. The original stays untouched. Video works the same way. In the range footage, every face is masked and tracked across the frames, and every redaction is logged in a report. What was removed, when, and by whom. It also runs as a pipeline.
