Slab

Ingest Slab pages as content. Visit website

Slab is a team wiki and knowledge base for internal documentation and process notes.

Pages are ingested so written knowledge is indexed and answerable alongside recordings and documents, rather than being a separate place people have to search.

The Wiki Answerable With Everything Else

Open as a two-page brief

This connector is not prebuilt. It would be built to your requirement on the ingestion path the platform already uses, with scope and effort agreed per engagement. Slab is a team wiki and knowledge base for internal documentation and process notes. It is a narrow integration and that is the whole of its appeal: pages come in so written knowledge is indexed and answerable alongside recordings and documents, rather than being a separate place people have to search.

Slab recordings, files and folders where they already live connector, on a schedule or as content arrives Nexus library: transcribe, index, search; retention, audited access, chain of custody ask questions across it, run workflows AI Intelligence Hub ask, summarize, cite no-code workflows redact before anything is released Redactor faces, voices, PII in video, audio, images, documents Slab VIDIZMO

How it connects

Slab pages would be crawled and ingested as content, indexed with the rest of the library so a question reaches the written process note and the recorded walkthrough in one answer. The ingest runs on a schedule rather than on Slab events, so a page edited today is picked up on the next run.

Scope is the one decision worth making carefully. A wiki accumulates superseded pages faster than it accumulates current ones, and indexing everything produces an assistant that answers confidently from a note nobody has opened in two years. An engagement would agree which Slab collections are in scope and whether page age is used to weight or exclude, because that is what determines whether the answers keep being trusted.

Slab stays where people write. Editing, structure and its own search are unchanged, and nothing is written back. Retrieval from the library runs under the asking user's identity, so an ingested page reaches only the people entitled to it.

What you can do together

  • Ask one question that reaches a written process note and the recording that demonstrates it.
  • Index the collections that are current and leave the superseded ones out.
  • Keep writing in Slab, with nothing changed about how the team works there.
  • Have retrieval respect who is asking, so an ingested page is not visible more widely than it was.

A scenario

  1. ScopingThe engagement would agree which collections are in scope and how superseded pages are excluded.
  2. SetupThe ingest is configured once against those collections on a schedule.
  3. A questionSomeone asks how a process is meant to run and gets the Slab page and the moment in a recorded session, both cited.
  4. An editA page updated today is picked up on the next run rather than immediately.
  5. MaintenanceExcluded collections stay out of answers, which is why the answers stay useful.

What stays where

Slab remains where people write

Editing, structure and its own search are unchanged, and nothing is written back.

Scope decides whether answers are trusted

A wiki accumulates superseded pages, so which collections are indexed is agreed.

Ingestion is scheduled

An edit is picked up on the next run rather than on a Slab event.

Retrieval respects the asker

An ingested page reaches only those entitled to it.

Bring an MCP server

If the system publishes a Model Context Protocol server, AI Intelligence Hub connects to it as a client with configuration alone.

Define a REST endpoint

Describe your endpoint and it becomes a node in an agent workflow, without waiting on our roadmap.
