ClaimCenter is Guidewire's claims management system, the system of record for a large share of property and casualty insurers.
First-notice-of-loss photos and video, adjuster recordings and inspection footage are filed against the claim and indexed, so an adjuster finds the detail that decides it. Third-party faces and personal data are redacted before a file is shared with a carrier, counsel or a subrogation target.
