Recordings made elsewhere are pulled into the library on a schedule, so a meeting platform becomes an ingest source rather than a second content store. This is the common path out of the problem where recordings accumulate in a conferencing tool that applies no retention, no access model and no search.
Recordings and their available metadata transfer inbound. The source file is left, moved or deleted afterwards, as configured. Once ingested, content carries the platform's own access control, retention, custody trail and AI processing.
