When a 911 call is requested, it has to go out without the caller's name or address. This demo plays the original call with its transcript, then the redacted copy: names and addresses are bleeped in the audio and removed from the transcript by Redactor.
When a caller has video, the center sends a secure upload link with a short form and no account needed. Faces in that video are detected for redaction before anything is released, and it all runs where the center decides: its own data center, Azure Government or fully air-gapped.
