Activity spiff is paid within 30 to 45 days of a VIDIZMO-validated demo. Sales spiff is paid within 30 to 45 days of confirmed customer payment. There is no cap on the number of deals.

How It Works

Three steps between a name and a payout

Register a qualified prospect

Register the prospect on the deal registration form. You get a decision within 2 business days. Five registrations per rep per calendar month.

Run a joint demo

We present, you bring the customer. Minimum 30 minutes, with no waiting period after registration. The demo spiff is yours either way.

Close the deal

Earn 2.5% of total deal value once the customer is invoiced and has paid. Minimum $10,000 MSRP.

Viewers and audience members are excluded from user counts in all cases
You have an existing relationship or an active conversation with the prospect. A referral or cold outreach qualifies once the prospect has responded and shown interest.

Sales spiff is capped at $2,500 per deal. There is no cap on the number of deals.

Payments to individuals require a completed Form W-9 before disbursement and may be reported to the IRS on Form 1099-NEC.

Registration Rules

How a registration is accepted, held and released

Rule	How it applies
VIDIZMO response	Accepted or declined within 2 business days. If there is no response within 4 business days the registration is deemed accepted. Declines include a written reason.
Submission limit	Five registrations per rep per calendar month.
Expiry	An accepted registration that has not scheduled a demo within 90 days expires and the account is released. You are notified at day 75.
Exclusivity	Spiff is payable to one rep per deal. The first accepted registration per end customer holds the account, subject to the expiry rule.
Ineligible accounts	Existing VIDIZMO customers, prospects already in active direct engagement with VIDIZMO, and accounts already registered by another rep.

Program Terms

The terms in full

Program period	Effective immediately through February 28, 2027, with sales eligibility through August 31, 2027.
Activity payout	Within 30 to 45 days of a VIDIZMO-validated demo.
Sales payout	Within 30 to 45 days of confirmed customer payment receipt.
New customers	Net-new VIDIZMO customers only. Renewals and expansions to existing accounts are not eligible.
Minimum deal	$10,000 MSRP minimum.
Per-deal cap	$2,500 per deal on sales spiff.
Stacking	A rep may earn demo spiff and sales spiff on the same opportunity.
Clawback	If a sales transaction is cancelled or unpaid after spiff has been disbursed, VIDIZMO may recover the amount by deduction from a subsequent payout or by invoice.
Budget	Program budget is limited and awarded first come, first served. VIDIZMO notifies partners when 50% of budget is consumed.
Withdrawal and changes	VIDIZMO may at any time withdraw or modify this programme by posting revised terms on this page. Registrations already accepted, validated activities and confirmed sales are governed by the terms in force when they were submitted, and remain payable within 30 days.
Enrollment	Acceptance of these terms is confirmed when you submit a deal registration. Partners who received a programme invitation may instead reply to that email confirming their company name and acceptance.
Payment	By ACH bank transfer. Where the spiff is payable to your company, the company is responsible for distributing it to the individual rep. Where it is payable to you personally, VIDIZMO pays you directly once a completed Form W-9 is on file. Banking details are collected at disbursement.
Tax	Where the spiff is payable to an individual, VIDIZMO requires a completed IRS Form W-9 before payment, and reports payments on Form 1099-NEC where they exceed the annual IRS reporting threshold ($2,000 for payments made in 2026). Where the spiff is paid to your company, your company is responsible for its own tax obligations and for any reporting in respect of the individual rep.
Compliance	Eligibility is subject to your organization’s and the end customer’s gift, gratuity and incentive policies. Where personal incentives are restricted, the spiff is void or payable to your organization.
Public sector	Reps must confirm that acceptance of a personal incentive is permitted under the applicable procurement rules of the end customer.
Governing law	Commonwealth of Virginia.
