These videos often contained identifiable features of both physicians and patients, demanding thorough redaction and controlled access. Furthermore, Miyazaki needed a reliable platform that could integrate seamlessly with Qualtrics - the survey tool being used to collect feedback. The study was structured into three key phases, with each phase necessitating different levels of access and reviewer collaboration. To conduct a valid and unbiased study, they required a video platform that could address privacy concerns, facilitate limited sharing, and ensure video-on-demand access only to designated reviewers.
Solution
