Anomaly Detection

Alerts on what doesn't belong, with no list to write first

Object detection flags what it was built to find, such as missing PPE, people in a restricted zone, fire or smoke. Anomaly detection flags what nobody thought to list. Each camera learns its own scene over a period you set, a week by default, then alerts when part of the scene no longer matches what it learned. There is no class list to set up and no training data to supply.

Blocked exits, aisles and egress routes

A pallet parked in front of a fire exit, or a cart left in an aisle or egress route that is normally clear, is flagged once it stays there. Draw a zone over the exit or route and only that area alerts.

Spills and objects where they don't belong

A spill across a walkway, a load left in a pedestrian lane, a container where nothing normally sits. Each alert carries a snapshot and a box around the area, and can start a recording.

Unexpected activity in a controlled area

In a chemical store, a battery room or a fenced yard that is normally empty, anything that appears stands out from what the camera learned, at the severity you set for that camera.

Cameras moved or covered

When a large part of the frame changes at once, the camera raises one camera tamper alert instead of a string of separate alerts, so a camera knocked, covered or refocused is found when it happens.

Anomaly alerts run beside object detection on the same camera and go into the same loop as every other flag: the incident record, the report and the corrective training. A camera re-aimed on purpose relearns its new view. The safety and compliance program stays yours; these alerts give your team more of the floor to act on.

Where does it run?

On-premises close to the cameras, air-gapped, or in your own cloud. Camera streams and incident evidence stay inside your boundary. Face recognition is available, but it is off unless an administrator turns it on, and it is not used for safety, standard work or anomaly flags.
