Delete a User from Your VIDIZMO Portal

You can easily remove a user from the VIDIZMO portal by going to the User and Group section. The deleted user will be removed entirely from the portal and will no longer be part of any group.

When a user is removed from your VIDIZMO portal, any assigned CAL to that deleted user will remain available in the portal, so you can reassign that CAL to other users as needed.

Prerequisites

  • Only users with access rights to the user management group can delete other users in the portal or if their group has user management feature permission enabled.

Delete Individual User

To delete a single user, follow these steps.

  1. From the Portal's Home page, click on the navigation menu on the top left.
  2. Expand the Admin tab.
  3. Select Users & Groups to open the Users & Groups page.

4. On the Users and Groups page, all users are displayed within the All Users (default group). You can use the filter function to search for a specific user or view users within other groups.

5. Click the three dots next to the user to display available options.

6. Select Delete User option.

7. A confirmation message will appear. Click on the Delete button to confirm the deletion.

A notification will be displayed briefly stating: Selected users have been updated successfully.

Delete Users in Bulk

Utilize the bulk option on the User and Group page to delete users efficiently. Follow the steps below.

  1. Select users in bulk and check the boxes next to their names within the default All Users group or any specific group from which you wish to delete.
  2. Click the Action button.
  3. Select the Delete option from the available options.

  1. A confirmation message will appear. Click on the Delete button to confirm the deletion.

A notification will be displayed briefly stating: Selected users have been updated successfully.
